*Typical Career Responsibilities:*
* Operate farm machinery and custom application equipment to apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other chemicals to customer crops.
* Perform precise and timely application of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to client specifications and regulatory guidelines.
* Operate and maintain application equipment including sprayers, spreaders, and other machinery ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
* Keep accurate records of applications, equipment maintenance, and inventory management to ensure compliance with regulations and provide detailed reports to clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing recommendations for optimizing crop production.
* Work independently or as part of a team to efficiently complete assigned tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
* Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak seasons to meet client demands and deadlines.
* Adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
*Are You Qualified?*
* Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
* Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $65,000.
