As a Technology Service Delivery Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the vendor application development teams for Life/Health and Personal Lines business areas, work with the teams to plan project deadlines, ensure timely delivery, and provide excellent support for the business partners.
You will collaborate with other support areas, Solution Delivery, and business partners to achieve department objectives.
You will have an opportunity to implement process efficiencies and improvements to meet and exceed project objectives.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN.
How does a Technology Service Delivery Lead make an impact?
Serve as primary conduit between vendor(s) and internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are addressed while driving operational improvements.
Collaborate with other COUNTRY Technology (e.
g.
Engineering, Security, etc.
) and business areas, assisting in resolving issues escalated from vendor teams to the satisfaction of the business area.
Prioritize the work for vendor team(s) between defects, enhancements, and other support work.
Provide insight into the efficiency and quality of the vendor teams which may include measuring and monitoring vendor performance to drive continuous improvement.
Work with vendor team on Change & Release management activities to ensure flawless implementations.

Excellent organization and communication skills.
Experience with managing vendors, including onshore and offshore.
Ability to both work independently and on teams.
Ability to lead development and support activities.
Experience in Life/Health or Personal Lines products.
Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
