Warehouse/Delivery Associate

Central Illinois’ Largest Privately Owned Floor Covering Retailer Is looking for a full-time *WAREHOUSE/DELIVERY PERSON* *Requirements:* * *Valid Class C Drivers License or the ability to obtain one* * *Current DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one* * *At least 21 years of age* *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * *Make deliveries to the customer/jobsite in a careful, efficient and timely manner.
* * *Receiving and cataloging incoming product.
* * *Managing computer-based inventory software.
* * *Follows and maintains operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and assists in keeping warehouse inventory current.
* * *Preparing jobs to be shipped.
Locating product.
Making cuts or palletizing product if necessary.
Locating and cutting the proper pad and/or sundries.
* * *Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse.
Properly tag and organize all product.
Dispose of debris and trash.
* * *Operate and maintain material handling equipment such as lift trucks, pallet jacks, two and four wheel dollies etc.
* * *Assist with inventory as directed.
* * *Obtain, maintain and participate in all licensing, safety and OSHA requirements.
