00 / Hour Opportunities to advance to Supervisor Role at an increased pay rate! Paid Accrued Time Off! Pre-Employment Requirements: 21+ Years of AgeAssociates Degree in Criminal Justice OR 2+ years of Security Experience OR 2+ years Corrections/Law Enforcement/Military Experience Must be able to work weekends Must be able to type at least 40+ words per minute accurately Available Shifts: SUPERVISOR - 2nd/3rd Shift- 2nd shift Friday/Saturday , 3rd shift Sunday/MondayOPERATOR - 32 hr - 40 hr shift available 1st / 2nd / 3rd shift back up operator- will be trained to work as a dispatcher but only scheduled to do so when someone calls off/ request vacation.
Will work as a Security Professional/ Badge Access back-up / Gate One Specialist back - up when not covering a shift as a dispatcher.
All back up dispatchers will be offered the next available full time shift.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator.
The Security Operations Center (SOC) is the centralized hub which manages the security and safety issues at our client's facility.
We provide outstanding customer service to all calling parties while being firm following all processes in place to achieve excellent outcomes.
The SOC is staffed twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.
The position monitors all security, communications and fire/life safety systems and is the liaison between multiple security departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Heavy Customer Service Background - we are looking for highly motivated people who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to our client, our employees, and any guests and visitors.
Someone who can speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies Monitor all security, communications, and fire/life safety systems within the designated region via the provided monitoring systems The ability to efficiently multitask Answer and respond to events and situations received over regular and emergency phones, 2- way radios, and intercoms.
Accurately document routine and unusual events occurring on or near the facilities (accomplished via shift reports, pass-downs logs, incident reports, incident reports logs, or other established methods) Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21+ years of age Must possess one or more of the following: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable data entry experience Minimum of 1 year of work experience in public sector dispatch or emergency operations centers Bachelor's degree Previous Corrections, Law Enforcement, or Military experience Knowledge and Skills Required: Advanced computer skills and proficiency; proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze high stress situations to determine the proper communication of events & to dispatch the proper teams to determine the best course of action to take.
