Job Area:
Auto parts Manufacturing Quality Assurance.
The customer service representative is responsible for communicating and supporting with customer and the supplier, and providing prompt and efficient information update.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain good relationship with customer
React promptly when customer has quality issue, and communicate all information to supplier
Generate reports on an requested/needed basis
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIRED:
a) Ability to prioritize and multitask.
b) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
c) Ability to interact with others in a clear and courteous manner.
d) Computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel
e) Excellent organizational skills.
f) Ability to work within and adapt to PC oriented environments, including familiarity with e-mail and Internet skills.
g) Relevant post secondary education and /or 1-2 years experience in automotive industry
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $20.
00 per hour
