Responsibilities
The Health Customer Service Assistant position in Life/Health New Business & Service is an in-office essential role in Bloomington, IL.
Key responsibilities of this role include the following:
Handling of application and policy print, assembly, and imaging
Applies process guidelines to service existing policies
Responsible for working directly with agency and business partners in completing work assignments
Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
Performs work within HIPAA guidelines demonstrating quality and integrity
Additional Information:
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:15 pm, Monday-Friday
May be required to assist functional areas during peak production periods, high call volume, or to meet deadlines
Incumbency: New team members are not eligible for promotional opportunities until after 6 months of service, and 12 months of service for lateral opportunities
Note: This position requires you to report in person to a State Farm facility in Bloomington, IL 5 days a week.
