Compensation:
Care Center Specialist I: $18.
50/hr.
Care Center Specialist II: $19.
75/hr.
10% shift differential may be available for specific hours and weekends

Location: These positions are open to candidates who live within 100 miles of Bloomington and in the state of IL and can commute to the office within the same day.

Responsibilities:
Where you’ll work:
Ready to answer the call? We're available to help! We answer calls and work behind the scenes with customers, other departments, and agents to get the job done right, from 6 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week.
When you apply to this position, you will be considered for a part-time Care Center Specialist I or II position.
Please Note:
Schedules require availability on the weekends and/or holidays
Part-time opportunities are approximately 24 hours per week.
Potential Start Dates are March, April, May, and June 2024
Training:
Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role.
Training is approximately 14 weeks in duration.
Training hours will be communicated to you as you proceed with consideration for the position(s).
The training continues beyond day one as well.
New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Enterprise Care Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm.
Qualifications:
Care Center Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities.
If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which includes successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
