The Care Center Specialist I and II roles include opportunities to answer inbound calls and/or chats from Agents and Team Members, customers and/or employees.
Multiple positions exist in ECC.
By applying for this, you will be considered for one of the following positions: Personal Lines or Business Lines Underwriting Contact Center Life/Health Response Center Billing Internet Support We are looking for individuals who are shift flexible and must be able to successfully complete training.
Shifts likely will fall within the hours of operation of 7 am – 9 pm.
Weekends and/or holidays may be required based upon the position.
Training will vary by position and will be provided to you later in the competitive process.
Limited time off will be granted during the training.
Schedules during training are subject to change based on business need.
Once training is completed, various work shifts apply depending on business need and the function where each employee is placed.
Our team works in a shift environment and may include holidays based on workload and job requirements.
Schedules may change based on business need and will require flexibility.
We may not be able to make schedule accommodations as you must be available to all shift times.
Due to the extensive training, new team members eligibility to compete for other roles and promotional opportunities may vary.
As a guideline, competing for lateral positions may be possible at 12-24 months and 6-12 months for promotions depending on the length of training and initial role assigned.
Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, meaning you will work from home most of the time with some time collaboratively in office.
Training work arrangements will be shared prior to start date.
For a successful work environment, you will be asked to have a reliable source of internet and space free from distraction for your time working at home.
Qualifications Our Care Center Specialists demonstrate the following skills in their day-to-day work: Knows where to find answers and serves as a technical and procedural resource to assist in resolving policy and/or policyholder questions Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work and maintain and update policyholder records i.
e.
change of address, change in policy coverage, etc.
Communicates clearly, professionally, and empathetically both verbal and written through remarkable customer service skills.
Ability to provide remarkable customer service in all interactions with agents and associates.
Ability to handle multiple computer applications in a fast-paced collaborative team environment, experience with Microsoft Office software.
Thrives on accountability to your team, your work and your schedule.
If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
