Working Hours/Days: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday – Friday, weekend and after hours on-call rotation Overview:
The Field Service Dispatcher is a front line team member answering phone calls from customers and technicians dealing with Ag Machinery, includeing Fendt, Challenger and Massey Ferguson tractors, Rogator and Terragator, Claas Lexion combins and other Cat ag Products.
Basic Duties:
Position learns the internal workings of Altorfer Ag Products service department.
Will dispatch technicians by opening and assigning technicians to job orders.
Review machine estimates and approve technician credit card receipts.
Assist technicians with questions relating to their assigned job orders.
Work with service department management.
May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.
Qualifications:
Good organizational and customer service skills required.
Excellent communication skills are needed.
To be successful in this position you must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be a self-started and able to adapt to change.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Computer literate and proficient with using the Internet, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
This position will spend a good portion of time working in a fast paced office environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to low.
May sit at a desk for a period of time to answer phone calls or use a keyboard to complete documents and communicate through email.
