* Maintain accurate records * Keep on top of all current and upcoming work orders, installations and exchanges of equipment * Follow up – communication * Must be able to exercise independent judgement, solve problems on your own, and make sound decisions * Must have great organizational and time management skills, with strong initiative and an enthusiastic attention to detail and accuracy.
* Must be extremely proactive, motivated and performance driven individual * Deliver a professional first impression to customer with an upbeat, friendly tone * Communicate with empathy for customers and contractors experiencing difficulties * E-mail correspondence with customer and contractors promptly with kindness * Prioritize calls, e-mails, and work orders * Teachable, open to constructive feedback, training and improvement opportunities * Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality * Must be able to be professional, reliable, take ownership over your role and responsibilities, and someone the team can rely on * Love helping people get the issues resolved in a timely manner * Can work independently and as a team * Superior oral and written communication * Experience in an office environment * Ability to paper and electronically file * Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook email * Proficient in Quickbooks a plus * Have a friendly interoffice personality * Upbeat and self-motivated (No Eeyore’s Apply) * Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday * Pay range will be dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
