* Provides superior quality customer service through job registration, customer support, claims filing, and customer problem resolution.
* Ensures accurate and timely billing of customers.
* Performs general office support and coordination
*Requirements include:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years experience in customer service, basic accounting, and general office support, preferably in the transportation industry.
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
* Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
