The Marketing Contact Center (MCC) is looking for a full time Customer Service Representatives to provide support to our sales representatives by scheduling appointments with existing clients.
No cold calling, just touching base with existing Customers.
Through these appointments, our clients are likely to gain insight into their insurance and financial security needs, better understand available solutions, and benefit from the guidance and services available through COUNTRY Financial.
Required Qualifications and Skills: * Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm - Monday through Friday * Excellent phone presence and verbal articulation * Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Experience using Microsoft Outlook calendar functionality.
* Self-motivated and committed to individual and team success.
* Available to work a minimum of 38.
75 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills * Previous call center experience.
* Experience using Windows-based computer programs, i.
e.
, Work & Excel * Highly desired Bilingual – specifically in Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, or Polish \*This is a temp-to-permanent position with a strong emphasis on reliability and high performance.
MCC positions are all contract/temporary positions, but high performers can earn referrals to jobs and career paths within COUNTRY Financial.
\* Referral to a permanent position within COUNTRY Financial is contingent on multiple factors, including: * Consistently meeting MCC production goals once the training window is over * Adhering to attendance requirements and working a full work week - no call no shows will result in immediate termination * Successful completion of at least one 6-month contract in the MCC with zero unexcused absences Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
