Customer Service Representative

*Job Summary:* On Track Car Wash is a locally-owned, family-managed business.
As the Customer Service Representative, you'll be working for a company that is fun and flexible.
Your job is to greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome; use excellent communication skills to explain our wash packages; and guide vehicles into the car wash tunnel.
*Basic Job Duties and Requirements:* * Provide fast and friendly customer service * Operate cash register and related payment equipment * Monitor customer vehicles insuring proper equipment operation and vehicle safety * Clean and maintain car wash equipment and facility with use of cleaning agents, brushes, hoses, power washer, etc * Answer customer questions, explain wash services available * Offer information about our WASH CLUB program to all customers *Required Skills:* * Excellent sales and customer service skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer skills * Capable of working in a fast-paced environment * Work well with others and display pleasant attitude toward customers and co-workers * Have ability to stand for an entire shift * Have ability to work in all weather conditions Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $14.
