Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service to the campus community in all aspects of the fleet and bus reservation operations.
In addition, supporting the parking and transportation customer service team by cross training in parking office operations.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Any one or combination totaling three (3) years (36 months) from the following categories: -college coursework in business administration, communications, public relations or a closely related field as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent: -30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months) - Associate’s Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months) -90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months) -Bachelor’s degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months) - responsible work experience in customer services, public relations, office administration, business and financial operations, healthcare administration or other closely related experience Preferred Qualifications 1.
Knowledge of Agile Fleet Commander, TMA Systems Fleet Management, or other Fleet Vehicle Reservation system.

Broad knowledge of office practices and procedures.
3.
Knowledge of computers.
4.
Ability to multitask and work under stressful conditions.
5.
Ability to exercise independent judgment.
6.
Ability to deal with the public and clients in a friendly, positive manner to achieve customer satisfaction.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
8.
Strong customer service orientation.
9.
Initiative and ability to solve problems and identify alternative solutions.
10.
Ability to promote team building through effective and timely communication.
11.
Valid State of Illinois driver's license.
