Job Summary
This position is responsible for front desk reception and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to the issuance of Redbird Cards.
The Redbird Card Office is located in the Bone Student Center and open Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
The ideal candidate will be available to work during the summer, specifically during on-campus orientation, as well as move-in times at the start of each semester, plus a set schedule during the school year.
Additional Information
The Redbird Card Office creates all Illinois State University student, faculty/staff, extra-help, and other miscellaneous ID cards.
The Redbird Card Office receives deposits for the Redbird Account, monitors the card system, and is responsible for the accounting of the Redbird Account.
Pay Rate
$14.

Work Hours
Regular semester hours - Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (closed weekends and holidays)
Summer hours - Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (closed weekends and holidays)
Move-in extended hours can vary but open both Saturday and Sunday of move-in week plus Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

This position is subject to a criminal background investigation and if applicable, an employment history review, based on University Policy 3.
