Software Developer Senior - Guidewire

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a dynamic experienced, highly motivated Software Developer to join the Property & Casualty Development team supporting Commercial & Agribusiness.
As a member of the team, you will participate in the full software development life cycle following Agile methodologies though requirements, analysis, design, development, and validation.
You will be an integral member of the project team that is implementing Guidewire’s PolicyCenter policy administration system for commercial/agribusiness.
Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines would make a great addition.
In this role, you will develop and maintain specification documents, data flows and support integrations between systems and development.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN.

Do you have what we're looking for?
Experience with Commercial Lines Property/Casualty insurance products.
Experience working with Guidewire’s PolicyCenter policy administration system.
Guidewire Certification is a plus.
Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.

Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Bitbucket and GitLab.
Experience working on large technology projects with vendor engagement.
Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
Experience working with Rally.
Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
