A member of the Nexus family treatment programs, Nexus-Onarga Family Healing is located approximately 90 miles south of Chicago and only a few miles off of I-57 on a historic site in Onarga, IL.
Nexus Onarga provides boys ages 10 to 20 years old a structured, homelike environment where they can safely address their unhealthy sexual behaviors and their emotional and behavioral issues.

The Compliance Coordinator supports the agency in assigned areas of compliance to ensure all licensing and regulatory agency monitoring and reporting requirements are satisfied.
Required Education and Licensure: Associate’s degree required.
1+ year of Quality Improvement experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements.
Nice to Have: Bachelor’s degree 2+ Advanced coursework in continuous and quality improvement 3+ year of Quality Improvement experience.
Salary & Schedule: Salary: Hourly Position Starts at $26 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Business Hours Primary responsibilities: Data Maintenance, Reporting & Input Ensures periodic regulatory data reporting requirements are met.
This may include reporting client and service data into specific external systems or completing spreadsheets or other forms containing client data as required by regulators or funders.
Regular reporting may be weekly, monthly, or another schedule.
Support data quality for reporting by providing training to staff for correct entry of incident or other data when needed.
Complete follow-up on incident reporting tasks of clinical or program staff when needed.
Make or send licensing queries, transmit accreditation proof, or other forms of agency regulatory status as needed.
Surveying, Audits & Compliance Assists agency in preparation for audits or reaccreditation including but not limited to: file organization, file review, follow up with monitoring agencies, and communication with regulatory entities.
Support agency leadership with correcting small-scale agency licensing violations identified through audits, reaccreditation, and licensing renewals.
Assists with investigations by coordinating visits and providing evidence when requested (e.
g.
, provides client rosters, present video footage, client files, etc.
) Provide summary reports of findings from client, family, or stakeholder surveys.
Facilitate or co-facilitate, as appropriate, agency committee meetings that are required under regulatory statute (e.
g.
, agency risk management meetings).
Client File Monitoring and Maintenance Perform file review to ensure all required documentation and filing requirements are met.
Audits and prepares client files for closure.
Clerical & Admin Support Assist agency staff with the tracking for agency policy & procedure review and maintenance.
This may include but is not limited to standard operating procedures (How To guides).
Provides additional administrative support with special projects for agency departments and/or the Home Office Quality and Outcomes department or as requested and required.
Ensures the confidentiality of client information issues in compliance with all licensing regulations, Nexus policy, accreditation, and HIPAA guidelines.
Responsible for navigating, updating, and reviewing files in the Electronic Health Record.
Supervision of administrative assistant staff at the agency Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required by Nexus.
Understand and support the Nexus philosophy and treatment modalities.
Understand, upload, and comply with all Nexus policy and procedures regarding client confidentiality.
