* The Administrative Specialist within the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) plays a crucial role in providing institutional leadership for our event scheduling software system, supervising Hansen Student Center, and directly supporting the day-to-day operations and logistics for the department.
This position assists in fulfilling the mission and purpose of the Office of Student Involvement, to enhance the student experience and foster a vibrant campus community.
_This is a full-time, 12 month, on-campus position.

_ *Responsibilities:* * *University 25Live Administrator; *manage the University’s event scheduling software, including the training and support to all 25Live users * *Operation and Event Management of Hansen Student Center; *lead and supervise the Hansen Student Crew (15 student employees); conduct regular training sessions to enhance crew members’ skills; coordinate crew scheduling to align with building hours and event needs; coordinate logistics for the 400+ events hosted in Hansen annually; manage work orders for Hansen in Asset Essentials * *Operational Support for OSI; *serve as central point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to events and scheduling within the office; coordinate logistical details for a variety of student programs and activities hosted by the department; track office budget and prepare financial reports as needed; maintain and inventory of necessary supplies and equipment * *Administrative Support for Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) and Registered Student Organization (RSO); *maintain accurate and up to date rosters for FSL chapters and RSOs; manage and submit work orders addressing maintenance needs for fraternity houses, ensuring a healthy and safe living environment; provide guidance to RSOs on administrative processes, university policies, and available resources; oversee the checkin-in/check-out process for fraternity residential spaces; coordinate the assessment of damage costs, communicate with residents, and oversee the payment process *Requirements: * * High school diploma/GED is required; Associates degree preferred * One year related experience; event management principles, office administration, budget tracking, financial reconciliation *Application Information**:* Please submit a resume and download the application at .
