We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Accounts Receivable team! Our Spanish Speaking Collectors start with a base pay of $19.
20 an hour plus uncapped commission and special benefit packages.

Strong candidates for this Full-Time role must have a high school diploma or GED and:
Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
Work well in a fast-paced, professional environment
Have strong communication skills
Are well organized and pay good attention to detail
Consider themselves computer / tech-savvy
Able to deescalate conflict
Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
