Our Accounts Receivable team is looking to fill a Full-Time entry-level Subrogation Collector Specialist position in our Bloomington, IL office.
Our Collectors start with a base pay of $18.
20 an hour ($19.
20 if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions.
Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our Great Place to Work Certified office! This position best suits a person with strong attention to detail, enjoys working in an office setting, strong communication skills, able to deescalate conflict, and well organized.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities:
Take/Place calls to claimants
Find solutions and recover assets for clients
Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
