Credit/Collections/T&M; Billing

*SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:* A two-year college degree or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate would have background and experience in accounting and business with a basic knowledge of civil construction along with proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite products.
The desire to work in a fast paced office environment and attention to detail is a must.
*PRIMARY FUNCTION:* Credit and collections for new and existing customers.
Coordination of lien waivers.
Prepare accurate time and material billing within the prescribed invoicing guidelines.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Set up Time & Material (T&M) job codes as needed.
* Gather data from multiple sources including: time & material tickets, Spectrum job cost reports, and Heavy Job time card reports.
* Research available data and communicate with the field and office personnel to determine accurate labor and material costs associated with projects.
* Prepare T&M invoice and corresponding tracking sheets outlining all costs associated with T&M work.
* Scan back up detail for T&M invoices.
* Handle new customer credit applications * Review accounts receivable reports and make necessary contact with customers to determine when payment aspects of partial and final lien waivers from vendors and draft partial and final lien waivers from SEI to customers in appropriate format.
* Assist with other various duties assigned by supervisor Stark Excavating, Inc.
