EXPERINCE ACCOUNTING INDVIDUAL NEEDED

Currently our Chrysler Jeep Dodge store in Bloomington Illinois is looking for an accounting clerk to add to the team! This position needs an individual Monday - Friday full time 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Daily bank and credit card deposit
Warranty cancellations
Assist the AP/AR Desk
Stock in of new and used vehicles
Reconciliation of monthly entries
Monthly statements
Desire to be cross trained to assist other office individuals
General office duties such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, and using Microsoft products
Qualifications
Highly organized and positive person
Able to work Independently
Good communication Skills
Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude
Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
The ability to multitask, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers
Committed to customer service and satisfaction
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time
1 year minimum accounting experience
Background in dealership accounting office a PLUS but not required
