Staff Accountant

Keplr Vision is currently going through tremendous growth and expanding its Finance Department.
Keplr Vision is seeking a Staff Accountant in Bloomington, IL to join the accounting team.
This is a Hybrid position working 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for accounting for specific entities, including accruals, reconciliations, cost reporting, and other monthly and yearly close functions.
Assure that established departmental deadlines are met, as well as provide support to attain departmental goals and objectives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare monthly journal entries for monthly financial statement preparation.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Reconcile and prepare payroll journal entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with accounting research projects and/or process improvement projects.
• Assist in analyzing and investigating variances and summarizing data.
• Assist with other responsibilities and duties as required, fostering a dynamic atmosphere.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: • R • Experience in Public Accounting is preferred.
• Experience • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge • Advanced knowledge of Microso • Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written.
• High • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytic abilities.
• Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
