Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk

Overview: Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team.
As an integral part of the Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering invoice and corporate credit card batches into our Accounts Payable software.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes while upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service and confidentiality.
Responsibilities: Data entry of invoice and corporate credit card batches into the Accounts Payable software.
Assist in filing paid invoices and other Accounts Payable paperwork.
Assist in maintaining vendor files.
Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through adherence to our behavioral standards for customer service.
Maintain and protect the confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities, including financial and client information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with knowledge and/or experience with accounts payable processes.
Basic computer knowledge is essential, including the ability to perform data entry responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
Good math skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively with others.
